Details: A fascinating workshop to develop more effective leadership strategies through unique exercises with horses. In the process of the workshop participants analyse their own leadership style, receive direct feedback and adopt new strategies for clear communication and effective leadership. The trainers and coaches guide the participants through the interaction with horses and connect the learnings to the business context.
